You can choose 1 of the 2 following exercises - Please post in your blog and submit by June 3 - I will post my comments and we can discuss June 4, during our last session.

• Choice 1 - Experience, compare and make recommendations for improvement of 2 chatbots
• Choose any 2 mobile websites that have a chatbot
• Start a conversation with them - ask questions - seek customer assistance
• Evaluate your experience - 
• Who started the conversation - you or the bot
• where your questions well answered?  
• did it feel like you were speaking with a human
• where recommendations offered?
• What would YOU do to improve the customer experience 
• Take screenshots for your blog post
• You can create a slide and embed in your blog - or - upload the images and write up a blog post

• Choice 2 - Create an action plan for a hotel/accommodation to use RCS for guest communication and satisfaction improvement
• Think about how you would get the guest to communicate with your hotel
• Would you use any incentives or rewards
• Think about how you could use your employee talent to create an exceptional guest experience
• How would you measure success - what data is important
• You can create a slide and embed in your blog - or - upload the images and write up a blog post
